Bellevue Roofing, Gutters and Siding Kept Sound Year After Year

We repair, inspect and replace roofs for homeowners in Bellevue and nearby Fort Thomas and Dayton, and we look after the gutters and siding that keep water off your home. Most roofs have more good years in them than people expect. We find those years, fix what needs fixing and tell you plainly what can wait.

Roof, Gutter and Siding Work for Your Home

We handle roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair and full roof replacement, along with gutters and siding. They belong together. A roof only sheds water well if the gutters carry it away and the siding keeps it out of the walls. Most of our work is the quieter kind, like resealing flashing, replacing a run of lifted shingles or rehanging a sagging gutter, so a bigger bill stays further off.

    Roof Replacement

Full tear-off roof replacement with decking repair, new flashing and balanced ventilation, built so the roof is easy to look after for years.

  • Gloved roofer kneeling on an asphalt shingle roof, fitting new darker shingles around a replaced pipe boot with metal flashing

    Roof Repair

We trace leaks to where they start and repair shingles, flashing and vents to match, so a sound roof keeps protecting your home for years.

  • Roofer in a safety harness replacing missing shingles near a roof valley beside a blue tarp held by wood boards on a brick home, with shingle bundles and a ladder at the eave

    Storm Damage Repair

Wind and hail damage found, photographed and repaired with matched shingles, flashing and seals, so the rest of your roof keeps its working life.

  • Worker in a gray hoodie and cap on a ladder using a cordless drill to fasten a white aluminum gutter along the eave of a brick house with a white downspout

    Gutters

Cleaning, resealing, re-pitching and new one-piece gutters and downspouts, so rainwater leaves your roof edge and stays away from your foundation.

  • Worker on a ladder nailing light gray vinyl lap siding onto a home's side wall, with white house wrap above and a brick wall and side yard to the left

    Siding

Siding repair and replacement that starts with the water behind the boards, so the new wall stays sound for years.

What Shapes the Price of Roof Work

No two roofs cost the same, and we would rather explain why than guess at a number before seeing yours. These are the things that move an estimate up or down. Knowing them also shows where a little upkeep now saves money later.

Your estimate is free and written out line by line. If we find something during the job that changes the scope, we stop, show you, and agree on it before going further.

Roof area and slope
More square footage means more shingles, more underlayment and more hours on the job. A steep slope calls for harnesses, roof jacks and a slower pace, and many older two-story houses have exactly that kind of roof.
What is under the shingles
Soft decking, a second layer of old shingles or failed underlayment all add work. Some of this only shows once the old roofing comes up, so we flag the possibility in your estimate rather than surprise you with it.
Flashing, vents and details
Chimneys, skylights, valleys and wall joints need hand-fit flashing. A simple gable roof takes less time than one with several dormers and pipes coming through it.
Material choice
Architectural shingles, upgraded underlayment, aluminum or steel gutters, vinyl or fiber cement siding. Each carries a different cost and a different lifespan, and we lay both side by side.
Access and the lot
Tight side yards, sloped lots, plantings close to the house and long carries from the driveway all affect how long a job takes.
Permits and timing
Replacement work usually needs a permit, and we include pulling it in the scope. Cold weather can limit when some materials seal properly, which can shape the schedule.

How a Job Runs, Start to Finish

Every job follows the same order, from the first phone call to the final walk-around.

  1. 1

    A phone call

You tell us what you've noticed: a stain on the ceiling, a gutter spilling over, shingles in the yard. We set a time to come out for a free inspection and estimate.

  2. 2

    A careful look

We walk each slope, then step into the attic to look for daylight, damp sheathing or stained rafters. The gutters, flashing and siding get the same attention. You get photos and a clear account of what turned up, ranked by what matters now.

  3. 3

    A written plan

Your estimate lists each item and the materials we recommend. We mark what should be done this year and what can simply be watched.

  4. 4

    The work and the cleanup

We protect your landscaping, do the work and clean as we go. Before we leave, we walk the property with you and point out what was done.

How We Look After a Roof

Our aim is simple. We want the roof on your home to last as long as it honestly can, and we want you to know what it needs and when.

Repair first, when repair will hold

If a roof has good years left, we tell you and we fix it. When the decking is soft or the shingles have shed their granules across every slope, we say that too, and explain why patching would only mean paying twice.

Photos of everything we find

We photograph each problem on the roof: cracked pipe boots, rusted flashing, nail pops, worn valleys. You see what we saw before any decision is made.

Line-item estimates you can read

Every estimate lists the work and the materials separately. You can see where the money goes and set aside anything that can wait until next season.

Materials chosen to age well

We talk through shingle types, underlayments, flashing metals and gutter gauges in plain terms. The right choice is the one that wears evenly on your home, not the priciest line on the sheet.

A tidy property at day's end

Tarps go over beds and walkways before work starts. We run a magnet over the lawn and driveway for stray nails and haul off debris before we leave each day.

A Roofing Company Built Around Upkeep

Roofing Bellevue works on homes in and around Bellevue with one idea in mind: a roof that is looked after lasts longer than one that is ignored until it leaks. Nearly every serious problem we're called about began as something minor. A rubber seal around a plumbing vent splits in the sun. A gutter pulls loose and lets water run behind the fascia. Chimney flashing lifts a quarter inch and nobody notices.

Caught early, those are modest repairs. Left through a few freeze-thaw winters, they turn into wet decking, stained ceilings and rotted trim. We would rather help you with the small job now, and tell you honestly when a full roof replacement makes more sense than another round of patches.

We keep our recommendations measured. You will hear what we found, what we would do and why, and then the choice is yours.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

Something not covered here? (859) 470-2899

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We come out, look at the roof, gutters and siding as needed, and give you a written estimate at no charge. There is no obligation to book the work.

Should I patch my roof or replace it?

We judge that by the condition of the whole roof, not only the spot that's leaking. Shingles that still bend without cracking, hold their granules and sit on firm decking usually justify a repair. Wear spread across every slope, or two layers already in place, tends to tip the answer toward a new roof. Either way, we show you the photos and walk you through our reasoning.

What makes a roof wear out early?

Heat trapped in a poorly vented attic, water sitting at the edges behind clogged gutters, and flashing that has worked loose are the usual causes. Each one is fixable on its own. Regular inspections and small, timely repairs are the most reliable way to add years to a roof.

Will you help with an insurance claim after a storm?

We can inspect the roof, photograph the damage and write up what we found, so you have a clear record to hand over with your claim. Deciding what the policy pays for is the job of your insurance company and its adjuster, not ours. If it helps, one of us can be on site when the adjuster visits and point out each spot we documented.

Can new shingles match the rest of my roof?

Often they come close, though shingles fade with years of sun, so a fresh patch can look a shade darker at first. We bring samples and compare them against your roof in daylight. If a repair would stand out on a front-facing slope, we tell you before any work begins.

How often should my roof be inspected?

Once a year suits most homes, plus a look after any heavy wind or hail. Fall is a good time, before leaves pack the gutters and the first hard freeze sets in.

Will the work disrupt my day at home?

Most repairs and gutter work are fairly quiet and short. A replacement is louder, and debris comes down, so we cover beds, protect walkways and clean up each afternoon. We give you the schedule ahead of time so you can plan around it.

Do you also handle gutters and siding?

Yes. We repair and replace gutters and siding, and we often check them during a roof visit because they work as one system. Loose siding or an overflowing gutter can let water into the walls even when the roof itself is sound.
